For this paper I plan on writing about the builders who have to face moral issues with raising prices on people who do not know much about building. For example if someone is getting a house built by a general contractor and that person does not know anything about building a house they are having trust the general contractor. That general contractor can therefor choose to take advantage of the home builder and make them buy unnecessary items.
